Terms of Service

Payments

• The customer must pay before the server is delivered to them.
• All payments must be made through our Discord or via our Website.
• All payments must be made in EURO, and all prices include VAT.

Delivery & Renewal

If the customer decides not to renew the server, Crusty Hosting is free to stop the server after it has expired.

Data & Backups

Crusty Hosting is not responsible in case of data loss. The customer is responsible for making backups.

Refunds

• Refunds at Crusty Hosting are impossible once we have delivered the server.
• Crusty Hosting reserves the right to decide at any time whether customers will be compensated or eligible for a refund.

Downtime & Compensation

If there is downtime lasting longer than 24 hours, Crusty Hosting will compensate for the lost time by extending the purchased package; refunds are not possible.

Disputes

If the customer decides to file a dispute with PayPal or another payment provider, Crusty Hosting may suspend or remove the server.

Support

• The customer can always ask us for help regarding Crusty Hosting‑related matters via our Discord server or by emailing contact@crustyhosting.com.
• Crusty Hosting Support guarantees a response within 24 hours, though it is usually much faster.
• Crusty Hosting does not offer support for issues that are not related to Crusty Hosting.

Product & Changes

• Crusty Hosting guarantees that the delivered product meets the agreement and complies with the specifications mentioned in the offer.
• Crusty Hosting may not make any changes to the delivered product without permission.

Currency & VAT

All payments must be made in EURO, and all prices include VAT.

Modifications of Terms

Crusty Hosting is authorized to modify or change its terms of service at any time without notice.
